The Grupo Mexicano de Ciclidófilos is a non profit organization formed in 1994 with the interest of publishing information related to the fish family Cichlidae in Spanish languaje.
Its goals are:
- To gather and distribute information about the fish family Cichlidae.
- To help in the conservation of Cichlid species and habitats worldwide.
- To make friends with the same interest.
