Directions to the Test Site

Dufresne Park on Rt. 202, Granby, MA

From I-91 Heading South: Take Exit 16, turn left onto Rt. 202 North. ** Follow 202 through Holyoke for approximately 4.2 miles, across the river and through South Hadley. At the intersection of Rt. 33 and Rt. 202, continue on Rt. 202 North for 4.6 miles. Turn right on Kendall St. (Manny's Restaurant with the giant milk can will be on the left.) Park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right.

From I-91 Heading North: Take Exit 16, turn right onto Rt. 202 North. Follow from ** above.

Alternate from I-91 Heading North: In Springfield, take Exit 8 to I-291 East. At the end of I-291, go straight on through 3 lights. At 4th light turn left onto West St. (Mobil Station on left corner.) Follow directions from *** below.

From the East -- Mass Pike (I-90): Take Exit 6. After the tollbooth turn right. At the 3rd light (approx 2.5 miles, Mobil Station on left corner) turn left on West St. *** After approximately 2.8 miles (about 0.3 miles beyond the power lines), watch for Brook St. (If West St. has become East St. you have gone too far.) Turn right onto Brook St. which quickly becomes Taylor St. After 0.4 miles at the "T", go right onto Carver St. After 0.5 miles, bear left at the fork onto Chicopee St. In 1.4 miles turn left onto Kendall St. The park entrance will be on the left in 1.5 miles. If you come to Rt. 202, you missed the park entrance.

From the West -- Mass Pike (I-90): Take Exit 5. After tollbooths, turn left at traffic light onto Rt. 33. Continue north on Rt. 33 for 3.8 miles. Turn right onto Rt. 202 North. Continue on Rt. 202 for 4.5 miles. Turn right onto Kendall St. (Manny's Restaurant with the giant milk can will be on the left.) Park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right.

From the Northeast: Rt. 2 West to Rt. 202 South. In approximately 30 miles (1/4 mile after Dobek's package store on right and Valley Farm Dairy Store on left) turn left onto Kendall St. Park entrance is 0.3 miles on the right.

From Motels: From the Quality Inn and Days Inn, follow the "From the West" directions. From the Motel 6 and Econolodge, follow the "From the East" directions.
